How much does a photography session cost?
Where are the session locations?
Wherever suits you.
Noosa’s beaches, the river mouth, hinterland views, rock formations, waterfalls, lakes, botanical gardens and private properties are all options, as is your accommodation or home.
Many clients have a spot already in mind and that’s exactly where we’ll go. If you’re not sure, we’ll help you find somewhere that fits the occasion, the season and the light. Browse the Noosa photography locations guide for inspiration, or simply ask when you enquire.
One thing worth knowing: most hotels and restaurants don’t permit professional photography on-site, so if you’re visiting and want to include your accommodation, it’s worth checking with them ahead of time.
What do we wear?
Every client receives a detailed welcome guide on booking. It covers everything from colour palette suggestions to real what to wear examples for the whole family so everyone feels coordinated and confident on the day.
Do you travel outside Noosa?
Yes. We are based in Noosa, but available for shoots across the Sunshine Coast, interstate and international. Contact us for travel availability and any applicable fees.
When should I book?
- The best time to book is always as early as you can, especially if you are visiting Noosa and need flexibility around weather.
- As a general guide, maternity sessions suit weeks 32 to 36, newborn bookings are best made tentatively during your third trimester, and weddings benefit from getting in touch as soon as possible.
- Not sure when works for you? Just ask.
What is your availability?
- Availability fills quickly and we take limited bookings each month. It is always worth checking in.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, pets are welcome in outdoor sessions. Just let us know ahead of time so we can choose a pet-friendly location.
Do you photograph same-sex couples and all families?
Absolutely, always have and always will. Love is love and every story deserves to be told beautifully.
Small, large, blended and extended families, we do it all. Just let us know when you enquire and we will plan the timing and flow to make sure everyone is included and nobody feels rushed.
Will we actually look good in our photos?
Yes, and we say that with complete confidence. We are natural light photographers with decades of experience who put genuine care into every frame. We find the light that works, the angle that flatters and the moment where everyone looks completely themselves. Whatever the day brings, we know how to make it beautiful.
Every single client has walked away loving their images. That is the part that never changes.
What if my kids are grumpy or uncooperative on the day?
It happens and it is completely fine. We have photographed every temperament imaginable. Grumpy kids, shy kids, kids who will not stop moving. The real moments are always the best ones anyway.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available for any Noosa photography session or product. Shop gift vouchers here.

Logistics and Policies

How do I pay my reservation fee?
Once you receive your booking quote you can pay by credit card, direct deposit or cash. Whatever works best for you.
What if I am running late?
Running late? Just send a quick text.
We have a 15-minute grace period built in. If we haven’t heard from you by the 20-minute mark the session will be cancelled and your reservation fee forfeited.
What is your rescheduling and weather policy?
Life happens and we get it.
- With 60 or more days notice you get one complimentary reschedule to a new date within 60 days. Less than 60 days notice, a 50% reservation fee applies to the new booking. If you need to reschedule again beyond that, a new reservation fee is required.
- Illness or injury, get in touch as soon as you can. Fees may be waived.
Weather
- Weather is part of the experience of shooting outdoors in Noosa and we handle it with flexibility and good judgement. Conditions are monitored closely and you will always be kept informed ahead of your session.
- Overcast days are actually ideal for photography, delivering soft, even light that flatters everyone. Light rain is workable and brief showers rarely stop a session. Heavy rain is the exception where rescheduling makes sense, and we will always work with you to find the best alternative time.
Cancellation policy
- Life happens and we handle it with fairness and flexibility. Get in touch as soon as you can and we will always do our best to work with you.
- Full cancellation terms are outlined in your booking contract.
Payment options
- Payments are in Australian dollars (AUD). We accept cash, direct deposit and credit card. Any card surcharges are outlined in your quote.
