Absolutely, and we’re experienced secret keepers. For anything involving a surprise, all communication stays on email unless you tell us otherwise. Styled picnics, boats and other extras aren’t part of our packages, but we love making them happen and have the connections to point you in the right direction. Just ask.

• Maternity sessions are usually best between 32 and 36 weeks, when your bump has fully rounded but you’re still comfortable moving around.
• For newborns, we pencil in an approximate date when you book, then confirm once your baby arrives. The first 14 days are ideal for sleepy, curled up portraits, though lovely portraits happen at every stage.

Packages are available to suit most budgets, starting from $450. Most clients spend $1,300 or more across their session, images and artwork. Enquire for a quote built around you.

One thing worth knowing: most hotels and restaurants don’t permit professional photography on-site, so if you’re visiting and want to include your accommodation, it’s worth checking with them ahead of time.

Noosa is a busy place and all beaches and public spaces are shared. We can’t hire them privately, but we know where to take you to avoid the main crowds.

If privacy matters most to you, ask about an early start. Quieter times of day make a real difference, and where we can, we’ll tidy distractions in the background in editing.

Absolutely, and some of our favourite sessions are the big, noisy ones. Whether it’s three generations together for a milestone birthday or a family reunion years in the making, we plan the timing and flow so everyone is included.

We’ll make sure you get the whole group together, each family on its own, and those special combinations like grandparents with the grandkids. For gatherings over 20 people, we may recommend a second photographer so everyone is properly looked after.

Standard delivery is 7 to 14 days. If you need them sooner, just ask and we can include a faster option in your quote.

It happens and it is completely fine. We have photographed every temperament imaginable. Grumpy kids, shy kids, kids who will not stop moving. The real moments are always the best ones anyway.

• We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm. Sessions run during daylight hours, with early mornings and late afternoons being the most popular times.
• If we are out on a shoot, please leave a message and we will get back to you.

Once you receive your booking quote you can pay by credit card, direct deposit or cash. Whatever works best for you.

Running late? Just send a quick text.

We have a 15-minute grace period built in. If we haven’t heard from you by the 20-minute mark the session will be cancelled and your reservation fee forfeited.

Life happens and we get it.

• With 60 or more days notice you get one complimentary reschedule to a new date within 60 days. Less than 60 days notice, a 50% reservation fee applies to the new booking. If you need to reschedule again beyond that, a new reservation fee is required.
• Illness or injury, get in touch as soon as you can. Fees may be waived.

Weather

• Weather is part of the experience of shooting outdoors in Noosa and we handle it with flexibility and good judgement. Conditions are monitored closely and you will always be kept informed ahead of your session.
• Overcast days are actually ideal for photography, delivering soft, even light that flatters everyone. Light rain is workable and brief showers rarely stop a session. Heavy rain is the exception where rescheduling makes sense, and we will always work with you to find the best alternative time.

• Life happens and we handle it with fairness and flexibility. Get in touch as soon as you can and we will always do our best to work with you.
• Full cancellation terms are outlined in your booking contract.

• Payments are in Australian dollars (AUD). We accept cash, direct deposit and credit card. Any card surcharges are outlined in your quote.
